Motivation to MOVE!!!

The ability and willingness to work out has to be a self motivated thing. As youth working out can be in the form of dance, playing dodge ball, or just running around having fun. By keeping ourselves in the best physical shape we can maintain a healthier lifestyle. So get out there and shake what your momma gave you. Do something that you love to keep you wanting to continue doing it daily.
